Part-time Flexible Position available: 3D Modeler and Estimator

This position includes preparing and estimating budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications. Supports the Creative Director in presenting budgets, reports, and project plans. This position will help develop bids for construction projects. Navigating and understanding building codes is a plus.

Sales Closer and Estimator
​
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Closer and Estimator to join our team. As a Sales/Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient closing of sales for our in demand Outdoor Living Space Products. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have at least 2 years of in-home sales to qualify. Anyone with proveable 100,000 yearly or more in commissions will be fast tracked.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with well-qualified potential clients. Review their space and then provide a detailed design with pricing. Note: training will be provided.
-Estimate projects and send quotes to potential customers
- Coordinate with management and office staff on leads and closing documents.
- Prepare closing documents and ensure they are executed correctly
- Conduct final walkthroughs with buyers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate the transfer of funds between parties
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred, and/or training in real estate, home remodeling, landscape design, drafting, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Closer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of transactions in the 10s-100s of thousands and closing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using computer software and applications related to closing transactions

Job Type: Full-time/commission
Pay: Ability to $120,000.00 per year
